Through continued conversations with our clients, hcml has developed award winning solutions and a complete rehabilitation case management framework for all injury types.

Rehabilitation Case Management is an active process that involves the assessment of an individual and the development and implementation of a tailored rehabilitation programme. This can include the co–ordination of all required treatments and services including housing, social, mobility etc to facilitate optimal recovery and engagement in self care, social, leisure and vocational activities.

We not only help change lives for the better but on average, our proactive focus has helped reduce the length of a case by 50%.

Specialist Vocational Rehabilitation Services: At hcml we who offer advice, support and guidance to individuals who are having difficulty returning to work due to their injury, illness or disability. These services can be offered alongside the rehabilitation case management services or independently in cases where an individual does not require any medical intervention or coordination by hcml.

Within 2 months of hcml working with a major employer, 37% of individuals on Long Term Sick were deemed fit for a return to work
