Professor Mansel Aylward CB
Chair of the Wales Centre for Health, an Assembly Government Sponsored Body leading improvements in the nation's health by advocating on health issues, engaging with the public and communities and speaking independantly on health, free from corporate or economic interests. He is also Chair of hcml's Medical Advisory Board.
From 1996 to April 2005, he was Chief Medical Advisor, Medical Director and Chief Scientist to the UK's Department for Work & Pensions. He was also Chief Medical Advisor and Head of Profession at the Veterans' Agency, Ministry Defence.

Sue Knowles
Sue has been Marketing/Admin Director at Costco Wholesales UK ltd since 1993. She is a founding member of the start up team for the UK operation and is responsible for Human Resources, Health & Safety and Insurance with 4600 employees over 21 locations.
Prior to Costco, she was Public Relations Manager at Booker Case & Carry and Senior Product Manager at Avon Cosmetics Ltd.
Sue will present a real life case study on how Costco introduced a rehabilitation programme to successfully tackle the organisation's claims, long term absence and injury record.
Ruth Harvey
Ruth is an employment and labour lawyer at Hunton & Williams. Her Practice focuses on full employment law services provided in terms of litigation, corporate support, human rights and tax.
