hcml announces revenue growth – but says that rehabilitation is "nowhere near" realising its potential

16 April 2007
Health & Case Management Ltd (HCML), the market’s leading rehabilitation case management provider, has announced revenue growth of 69% to £5.8M.

During 2006 HCML focused heavily on investment, consolidation and further market need analysis to ensure its proposition matches that of the evolving rehabilitation market. Backed by a distinguished Medical Advisory Board, new client wins and first rate client satisfaction results, HCML has experienced excellent growth.

Helen Merfield, HCML’s Chief Executive said:
“Over the last twelve months our business has performed well but this is not a time to rest on our laurels – we are still a growing business in a new and evolving market. We realise that only through productive dialogue with our clients can we continue to deliver mutual success and we continue to look ahead and develop new models that help address some of the barriers our clients are facing.”

Added Gavin Davies, HCML’s Sales & Marketing Director:

“We firmly believe that learning is a continual adventure and it’s always satisfying to receive increased levels of referrals from existing clients; it helps demonstrate our commitment to a partnership approach and the real value that HCML’s team is delivering.”

“We continue to listen to our clients, develop successful partnerships and use our combined expertise to improve our award winning services and reinforce the benefits of rehabilitation for individuals and the reduction of associated costs”

Helen Merfield believes 2007 is a key year for the rehabilitation industry.

“The industry is nowhere near reaching its full potential. To achieve maximize results for all parties,
HCML invests considerable time on educational initiatives and developing formal industry standards to ensure a consistent, evidence based approach“.
