18 January 2008
After launching a fresh brand identity in 2007, hcml has revealed its new vision and mission statement.
hcml’s Chief Executive Helen Merfield said:
“Our new mission and vision statement are an extension of what has always been our primary mission; to enable injured and sick people to regain fitness, return to employment and enjoy a productive life."
“It is a clear statement that we are committed to delivering an excellent service for our clients. To keep that promise, and to realise our new five-year mission of growing our market leading position and improving the lives of 1 million people by 2012, our people are absolutely key.”
Gavin Davies, hcml’s Marketing Director said:
“We are big on customer service and big on delivery; our vision and mission reflect that. As the market leader in our field it is only natural for us to be ambitious on behalf of both the company and the industry as a whole.”
The new vision reads: “To change lives for the better, by being the UK leader in the delivery of rehabilitation services and the promotion of health and wellbeing in the workplace.”
The new mission, to be achieved by 2012, is: “To grow our market leading position through being fanatical about: improving the lives of 1 million people; customer service and value delivery; company success and profitability; shaping the future of our industry. This is all delivered through our people – and we are fanatical about them too!”
